1. Cancellation Policy

Customers may request cancellation of services before the project or service has commenced. Once work has started, cancellation requests will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

  • Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email.
  • Services already delivered cannot be cancelled.
  • Any third-party costs incurred are non-refundable.

2. Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be considered under the following circumstances:

  • Duplicate payment made by the customer.
  • Service could not be delivered due to our inability to fulfill the order.
  • Technical issues preventing service delivery that cannot be resolved.

3. Non-Refundable Services

The following services are generally non-refundable:

  • Completed website development projects.
  • Digital marketing services already rendered.
  • SEO, advertising, and promotional campaigns that have commenced.
  • Domain registration, hosting, and third-party subscriptions.

4. Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed within 7 to 14 business days using the original payment method whenever possible.

5. Service Modifications

Customers may request modifications to their service package before completion. Additional charges may apply depending on the scope of requested changes.
